所有権と利用制限：
・作品の分割販売、小口化、株式化、NFT化、AI学習利用などはできません。
・著作権は作家および制作会社（GOLD WOOD ART WORKS）に帰属します。個人的・非商用の撮影は可能ですが、高解像度撮影や3Dスキャンは禁止です。

公表や複製について：
・商用利用や出版・配信などを行う場合は、事前許可が必要です。
作品が映り込む場合でも、可能な限り事前または事後にご連絡ください。

作品の取り扱い：
・繊細な素材や形状のため、保管や展示時には温度・湿度・日光に十分ご注意ください。
・設営・撤収は指定方法をお守りください。破損が発生した場合はお客様のご負担となります。

転売禁止期間：
・購入から3年間は転売やオークション出品は禁止です。
・やむを得ず譲渡する場合は、必ず事前にご相談ください。

その他：
・反社会的勢力でないことを確認しています。

【お届け時期】
会期終了後、かつ契約書締結後に発送いたします。お届けは9月下旬を予定しています。

・本作は、作家が写真にあわせて収集した、ヴィンテージのフレームを用いて額装しています。
そのため、エディションナンバー2以上をご購入の場合は、画像とは異なるフレームが付属します。また、輸送等の都合上、納品まで数ヶ月お時間をいただく場合がございます。

入江広基　Irie Hiroki
神奈川県生まれ。2018年に渡米。人間の心が持つ深い層とそこに呼び起こされる記憶や感覚、写真に写るものそのものを記録するのではなく、それを見たときに喚起される個々の経験や内面的なイメージを探ることを大切にしている。光や時間の揺らぎ、偶然の中に立ち現れる瞬間をとらえることで、目に見える世界の奥にあるもうひとつの風景を描く。2025年、写真集『わからない』を刊行。

●本展出品作品について
今回の展覧会では2025年に刊行した写真集『わからない』から抜粋した11枚の写真を展示します。
写真集『わからない』では生きていくなかでの問いをテーマに自分の死生観も踏まえ、苦悩や葛藤、世の中の光と影、人との関わり合いを表現しています。
発表作品は、作品に合うヴィンテージ額縁を調達し、研磨・再染色などの手作業を施し作品を額装することで、作品の被写体も額縁も過去の痕跡を内包しながら写真プリントと額縁とがひとつになった新しい作品として生まれ変わり、鑑賞者の人生観や感性に交差し、また別の意味や時間を刻みはじめます。

Artwork and Payment:
This agreement sets forth the official terms of the sale.

Ownership of the artwork will transfer to you after full payment has been completed and, within 7 days following delivery from Kohtoh Gallery, you have confirmed inspection of the work.

Ownership and Usage Restrictions:
The artwork may not be divided, fractionalized, securitized, converted into NFTs, used for AI training, or otherwise commercialized in such forms.

Copyright remains with the artist and the production company (GOLD WOOD ART WORKS).

Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted, but high-resolution photography and 3D scanning are prohibited.

Publication and Reproduction:
Any commercial use, publication, or distribution requires prior written permission.

Even if the artwork appears incidentally in images or videos, please make every effort to inform us in advance or afterwards.

Handling of the Artwork:
Due to its delicate materials and structure, please take care to control temperature, humidity, and exposure to sunlight during storage and display.

Installation and removal must follow the specified methods. Any damage will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Resale Restrictions:
Resale or auction listing is prohibited for 3 years from the date of purchase.

In the event you wish to transfer ownership for unavoidable reasons, please consult us in advance.

Other:
You are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the contract terms and negotiation process.

You confirm that you are not, and will not be, associated with any antisocial forces.

[Delivery Schedule]
Shipment will take place after the exhibition ends and the sales agreement has been signed.
Delivery is scheduled for late September.

Notes:

This work is framed using a vintage frame selected by the artist to complement the photograph. For editions numbered 2 or higher, the frame will differ from the one shown in the image. In addition, due to shipping and other logistical considerations, delivery may take several months. The piece currently shown is Edition No. 1 and will be delivered as pictured; however, if multiple orders are placed, please be aware of the above.

Profile:
Irie Hiroki
Born in Kanagawa, Japan. Moved to the United States in 2018. His practice focuses not on documenting what appears in a photograph, but on exploring the deep layers of the human mind—memories and sensations evoked by what is seen—alongside the individual experiences and inner images they trigger. By capturing fleeting moments that emerge within light, time, and chance, he depicts another landscape lying beyond the visible world. In 2025, he published the photobook I Don’t Know.

About the works in this exhibition:
This exhibition features eleven photographs selected from the 2025 photobook I Don’t Know. In the book, Irie addresses questions encountered in life, expressing his views on mortality as well as themes of struggle, conflict, the light and shadow of the world, and human relationships.

Each exhibited work is framed in a carefully sourced vintage frame, restored and refined by hand through processes such as polishing and re-staining. In doing so, the photographs and frames—both bearing traces of the past—become a single, renewed work of art. This transformation allows the work to intersect with the viewer’s own perspectives and sensibilities, setting in motion new meanings and timelines.
