作品とお支払い：
・本契約は、作品売買に関する正式な取り決めです。
・代金お支払い完了後、ギャラリー光灯からの引き渡し後7日以内に検品確認が済むと、作品の所有権がお客様に移ります。

所有権と利用制限：
・作品の分割販売、小口化、株式化、NFT化、AI学習利用などはできません。
・著作権は作家および制作会社（GOLD WOOD ART WORKS）に帰属します。個人的・非商用の撮影は可能ですが、高解像度撮影や3Dスキャンは禁止です。

公表や複製について：
・商用利用や出版・配信などを行う場合は、事前許可が必要です。
作品が映り込む場合でも、可能な限り事前または事後にご連絡ください。

作品の取り扱い：
・繊細な素材や形状のため、保管や展示時には温度・湿度・日光に十分ご注意ください。
・設営・撤収は指定方法をお守りください。破損が発生した場合はお客様のご負担となります。

転売禁止期間：
・購入から3年間は転売やオークション出品は禁止です。
・やむを得ず譲渡する場合は、必ず事前にご相談ください。

その他：
・反社会的勢力でないことを確認しています。

【お届け時期】
会期終了後、かつ契約書締結後に発送いたします。お届けは9月下旬を予定しています。

●プロフィール
平野啄也　Hirano Takuya
神奈川県生まれ。学生時代に建築を学び、数年間の実務経験を積んだ後、ニューヨークに渡る。主に素材やプロセスに重点を置き作品制作に取り組んでいる。

●本展出品作品について
本作は、フレーム(額縁)を制作する作業の過程で生じる廃材、養生の汚れや工具の跡、意図されていない無意識の"痕跡"を切り取りそれらを完成したフレームに額装した作品です。本来フレームが持つ役割から離れ、「外枠と中身という物質」になることで知覚や認識の再構築を試みます。

Artwork and Payment:
This agreement sets forth the official terms of the sale.

Ownership of the artwork will transfer to you after full payment has been completed and, within 7 days following delivery from Kohtoh Gallery, you have confirmed inspection of the work.

Ownership and Usage Restrictions:
The artwork may not be divided, fractionalized, securitized, converted into NFTs, used for AI training, or otherwise commercialized in such forms.

Copyright remains with the artist and the production company (GOLD WOOD ART WORKS).

Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted, but high-resolution photography and 3D scanning are prohibited.

Publication and Reproduction:
Any commercial use, publication, or distribution requires prior written permission.

Even if the artwork appears incidentally in images or videos, please make every effort to inform us in advance or afterwards.

Handling of the Artwork:
Due to its delicate materials and structure, please take care to control temperature, humidity, and exposure to sunlight during storage and display.

Installation and removal must follow the specified methods. Any damage will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Resale Restrictions:
Resale or auction listing is prohibited for 3 years from the date of purchase.

In the event you wish to transfer ownership for unavoidable reasons, please consult us in advance.

Other:
You are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the contract terms and negotiation process.

You confirm that you are not, and will not be, associated with any antisocial forces.

Profile:
Hirano Takuya
Born in Kanagawa, Japan. Studied architecture and worked professionally in the field before relocating to New York. His practice focuses primarily on materials and process.

Work in This Exhibition:
This work involves framing discarded materials and traces—stains from masking tape, tool marks, and unconscious residues—generated during the production of picture frames.
By removing the frame from its traditional function and reconfiguring it as both “boundary and content,” the work attempts to reconstruct the viewer’s perception and understanding of form.
